  1. Same here!
It's amazing to see the interconnectivity of people, and how a few emails and phone calls can have a major impact on a giant company.
    What next?

  3. What is the slogan for Symms Department Store, "An educated consumer is our best customers" I wish we could employ these words in our daily practices.

  4. Let me begin by saying I too was totally lost when Tropicana introduced this new packaging. It completely looks like a generic brand and I was always wondering what had happened to their regular "line." That said, I was NOT emotionally invested in the old brand.

What does it mean about the people willing to give their feedback about the brand? Are they really the most loyal customers or the customers with the least to do? (I love my husband's grandmother but I can see her sitting down to write an email about this and it is definitely because she doesn't have much else to do.)

I think the interesting point is that the available mediums--those we are already engaged with day to day--are making it easier and easier for marketing companies to tap their audiences. Why shouldn't libraries be able to do the same?
